Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. "We had a great time in Tropical Islands! It is understaffed and people there work very hard but were alsways friendly. We looked up their salaries and where shocked how little they make. 50% of the profit goes to a privat equity firm, which means some rich people get richer and probably don't care about long lines at the checkin or technical stuff not working right. Also, the rain forest looks like it needs some love. We loved the atmosphere. We had a very special time."
