"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...

"Hotel is very modern and clean with updated facilities situated in the perfect location away from the crowds but not too far (20-30 mins walk) from the city center. Room is bright with ample towels and supplies. Our only minor problem is the hot water not being too hot. But that’s not a showstopper at all. Communication with the hotel management ahead of check in is proactive with location and check-in instructions clearly laid out. We would stay here again."
