"The owner went out of his way to assist us. My wife injured here knew and was not able to walk. He arranged for a taxi to an event that evening and return us to the the B&B late that evening. He also arranged for a taxi to take early the following morning to the train station. BEcuase we were leaving early,we would miss breakfatds - he prepared a take away breakfast and had it waiting for us when we left. His efforts saved out trip to Burraty castle and the late night dinner there. neast,...

"Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful and kind. If I were to whine about something, they could have had have a bigger TV."

"A very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel has a really stylish, modern feel, and the bar/lounge area creates a great atmosphere. Free parking was a nice added convenience, especially when travelling by car. The only small downside is that some rooms are quite a walk from reception, the bar, and the restaurant, depending on where you are located. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"So convenient for returning my rental car at Shannon Airport and then just walk across the street to catch my flight the next morning. The restaurant was convenient too. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and close to air transport. The staff was fantastic, so helpful! My traveling companion had a flight canceled at the last minute, with no notice or assistance from Aer Lingus to make her connection in Paris for a flight to Bogota later that afternoon, so a hotel manager, Ashley (sp.?)...

"It is a very beautiful town, but the hotel is dated and didn’t feel clean. The heater would not turn off, so it was hot. It took a while for them to accommodate us. The restaurant on sight is excellent."

"The rooms are overall comfortable, however during the summer, the lack of AC made it hard to sleep. I saw a cobweb on the ceiling. The tables next to the beds are inadequate. The water in the sink was scalding and I couldn't find cool water until the next morning to wash my hands. Overall, the room was spacious with a tv and a desk. No breakfast which was disappointing for the price. Just ok to spend one night."

"We booked an appartment with 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. Campus is beautiful. Rooms a little 'old' but well equipped (freezer, washing machine)...Missing some kitchen tools, teapot, hair dryer etc. "
