Pool and hot tub was great
Close to shops
Only no turn down service every day not sure why we only stayed 2 nights
Down side is there’s no coffee shop in the property but there is a coffee shop next door that closes at 3pm
Definitely will stay again 👍"

"The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."
