"I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though"

"I did not use the amenities that’s why I gave it a four star. The staff and everybody were great there. But, my license plate got stolen in their parking lot. So I had to return my rental car for another which took 2 1/2 hours out of my day."

"This hotel is very unsafe for a single women to stay. I was very uncomfortable immediately upon arrival - I have stayed at less than stellar hotels before but have never experienced such an unsafe environment. The person at the front desk tried to say that the hotel was safe and in the same breath said there was a recent car break in. "The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful.
If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"Pleasant property room was clean but missed on the furniture. Big empty spot that could have held a comfortable chair. Requested a king but got 2 queens which threw off the sleeping/nightstand use.
Hot tub was very nice.
Breakfast food was good (especially the biscuits) and staff did great job keeping it well stocked and the area very clean.
Staff were all friendly.
Bathroom soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner were really nice… big bottles, not the personal size. Ordered some for home...
