"Great hotel and great staff, nothing is too much for them. Stayed here last part of our broader Bali trip (stayed in various areas), this was last part of our trip mainly to do south part of island, relax and proximity to Airport. Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch. "Lovely hotel and family friendly, just very busy! The staff were friendly and always tried to do their best. The rooms could be cleaner and we always had to asked for missing towels, cups, water etc. but once asked for, we would receive it straight away. We avoided eating in the hotel and chocolate hour as it was too manic for us! We chose room service or restaurants outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was excellent. Swimming pools, Kids club and Spa was superb too. Short walk to the beach was great."

"One of our most memorable family vacations with our three adult kids. The villas are impeccably designed, convenient, true to Balinese culture, luxurious in both material and spiritual ways. The staff was absolutely magnificent. Their Balinese hospitality, quiet kindness, and proactive thoughtfulness accompanied by their four seasons signature training made them all stand out in a way we haven’t experienced grace at other four seasons properties we have visited. The amenities were as always signature four seasons and superb. We utilized their variety of beach activities, gym, tennis court and the stunning infinity pool generously. The Telu bar was also special. Overall an impressively relaxing atmosphere and we were so glad to have chosen to stay here at the Jimbaran property."

"This was a great place but with relatively disappointing service. Pros: Great location Excellent pool area Good quality food and choices Excellent room set up Tappanyaki restaurant was great Cons: Service at the restaurant (Grill) was terrible - we waited 45 minutes, just to get our drinks. We had to constantly chase to get them to bring food - similar story was happening at breakfast, even though the place did not look very busy. Staff at the reception was also disorganised - we had booked our air transfers in advance and had everything agreed - but the night before we had different people contacting us with completely different information WhatsApp communications were also generally useless if you wanted a response within the hour"

"Our stay at Jumeirah Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was warm, professional, and always delivered with a smile. We were traveling as a family with two young children, and the staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They helped arrange our airport transportation, assisted with our late departure plans, and made the check-out process smooth and convenient so we could enjoy our final evening without any stress. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. The views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attention to detail made it the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed dining at Segaran and Akasa Restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding and made our stay even more memorable. This trip was especially meaningful because we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here, and Jumeirah Bali helped make it an experience that our family will always remember. Thank you to everyone at Jumeirah Bali for your kindness and hospitality. We look forward to returning again in the future."

"Reviews mentioned rooms were tired. I agree but it did not affect us having a lovely holiday. Food was fantastic. Dont drink tap water, hotel provides plenty of bottles. Staff were super friendly and humble. Always with a smile. Breakfast was great but needed to queue a little each morning. Its very humid, but the room's air co was good. Nice time overall"
