Staying at B-house was honestly one the highlights of our trip to Uzbekistan. Bekhruz and his family went above and beyond to cater for all our needs, and the property is stunning. It felt like staying at a palace! And at such a reasonable price, with a delicious breakfast included! Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to return and see you all again, and wish you much success and happiness in life. With love, Stephen & Akhtar
Stayed in a double bed for 1 night in early September.
The room was tidy, decor felt authentic, and everything in the bathroom worked well. Had no issues with cooling using the AC.
The only minor gribe was that the WiFi was a bit slow due to only a 2 bar connection in our room. In the dining area it was much faster.
The included breakfast was really nice, and the family running the place are friendly and helpful.
Location is pretty good overall, several eateries in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance of the main attractions.
This establishment is new and is being built/improved so a bit noisy and unorganized. But the staff (family run business) is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Located just 5 minutes away from the old town in a quiet neighborhood. Solid 10/10 if you don't mind the minor inconvenience of the ongoing work!
Klare Empfehlung!
Super friendly family, delicious breakfast, good location a bit of a walk from old town but not too far. Bukhara is wonderful and worth staying a few extra days if you have time
B-House is a small family-run guesthouse, super friendly and eager to help. Your main points of contact don't speak much English, but will answer what they can, or call someone who can help in English.
The room is clean with a comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure, and plenty of space all around as well. Breakfast is part of the cost and consists of a huge spread of food including bread, fruits, yogurt, meats & cheeses, oatmeal, etc, and they can prepare other meals as well. Amulet Restaurant is one of the closest, about 5 minutes walking, and has incredible food.
The location is on the eastern end of old town, just east of Chor Minor, so getting to all other attractions would require at least a 10-minute walk (Labi Hauz), and up to 20-25 minutes for The Ark and Bolo Hauz. Not a big issue for me but could be annoying if visiting when very hot/cold or if it rains. Closest grocery store is about 5 minutes walk away. When taking a taxi to B-House, give them the address or intersection instead - lots of them hear "Labi Hauz" and insist on taking you there instead.
Within walking distance to centre. Our room was new, plain, clean and comfortable. All was quiet, except for dove cooing in morning. Rustic with improvements to steps and tiles needed.

Famy run hotel in great location
The family run hotel was friendly, the food was good and all were helpful. Softer beds would be more suitable to European travellers perhaps.
Excellent location on edge of old town.
Family who run this place are so friendly and go out of their way to help. The young manager speaks very good English, he bought all our train tickets for us!
His mother, a charming lady, offers traditional home cooking for dinner, beautifully presented in Uzbek bowls, with a range of menus to choose from. All delicious. If you want wine, they will get it for you! Her salads are imaginative, simply the best ever.
Breakfast also offers a good, healthy start to the day.
Without doubt, this is a gem of a place.
Thank you, Bekhruz and Guli, for your warm welcome.
