"Une horreure total !! Je suis arrivé sur place à 23h après avoir pris un taxi en urgence de l’aéroport car la réception de l’hôtel m’a appelé en le disant que si je n’arrivais pas avant 23 h , il fermait la réception et plus personne pour m’accueillir !! En arrivant la réceptionniste m’a donné ma chambre mais impossible d’y accéder car problème. Avec la serrure électronique qui ne fonctionnait pas !!! La réceptionniste n’a donc pas pu à ouvrir la chambre Et hôtel complet !!!! J’ai don du moi...

"The beds are of steel and uncomfortable when you get in the bed or get up. The rest more or less was as expected from the description. There is no parking available near the place as the streets are packed with cars."

"The apartment was stunning. It was a luxury experience for a very reasonable price in a great location for the beautiful old centre of Poznan. Our room was finished to a very high standard and it had been designed with aesthetics and function in mind and huge 70+ inch TV was a nice touch. The location of the apartments were fantastic and it has great local amenities for food and drink, shopping, public transport, sightseeing or anything else you may need. As they are apartments there is no bar...

"Wonderful hotel. Clean & spacious rooms, staff friendly & helpful. Outstanding breakfast! Walking distance to train station, old town & the famous old brewery mall. Bakery on site. This was our second time staying at Mercure in Poznan. I highly recommend this hotel!"
