The location is perfect! Its the closest hotel to Niagara Falls State Park. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They have a 24/7 coffee/tea area and access to a microwave.

Garden Place Hotel
The decor and overall vibe were incredible. But the building overall needs some TLC. Our jaccuzi had faulty piping with water leaking and panneling falling off. Everything else was wonferful!
