From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. "Lagoon view did not exist, shrubs too tall to see the lagoon. Events the entire time resulting in noisy and rowdy fellow guests. Restaurant a la cart service cancelled due to rugby screening in the pub. Management need to audit their customer ecperiemce. Decor tired, needs a revamp and a serious coat of paint. I will never go back"

"What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite "

"OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay one which I will remember. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying at Hathaway Guest House."
