"Amazing location. The only problem and it is minor, is that the check-in process is a bit confusing. A little nerve wracking standing in a foreign space wondering if you're going to have a room. Overall though, we'd go back. "

"L'hotel est pratique d'accès le long d'une route (amis TB isolé phoniquement). La chambre est TB avec une kitchenette. L'accueil est trés serviable. Dommage que ce ne soit pas clair à l'entrée. Nous nous sommes enregistrés sur une borne alors qu'une réceptionniste était présente au 2eme étage. "

"Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. "Enjoyed the stay quite a bit. Visited in mid-June. Liked that the room was near but not in Lucerne, which offered an attractive room rate compared to Inns on the lake / downtown. Very easy access to downtown via a (free/included) shuttle stop right outside the hotel. I was able to park my rental car on site for free. Reception was very welcoming and was available to answer my questions, and I had purchased the dinner option that was offered when booking: it did not disappoint.
