The property is located in an excellent location, you can walk to Puerto Madero where it is full of restaurants and bars with a nice view of the river. Excellent attention from everyone at the front desk and the girls in the restaurant were always very friendly and attentive to what we needed.

This is a nice small hotel with great staff. They answered all my enquiries thoroughly and quickly. They were extremely helpful in arranging a driver to pick us up from our late flight at the airport. At the hotel, there are not really any stairs that you can use, so even if you are on a low floor, you have to take the elevator. Once you get to your floor, you will come out onto a square landing with 3 doors. It was pretty quiet. We did hear a bit of traffic, but when we woke up we discovered that we had slept with the window open, so check that. The best part was going down early for breakfast. When I told the girls that I am celiac and needed gluten free food, they were extremely attentive and brought out so many options for me, I couldn't possibly eat that much food. Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked that it was very reasonably priced, simple, clean accommodations nothing fancy we were pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast, which was quite plentiful with fresh fruit eggs made to order and other items the staff/front desk went out of their way to ask if there was anything we needed and if we were happy with our stay Very accommodating. The only downside for us was most of the things we wanted to do during our short stay we’re not very close so either had to walk 3 miles or catch a cab.

The service was good, as well as the property itself. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that I got a room connecting with another one. Although the connecting door was locked, one could hear everything that was going on at the other side. This was particularly unpleasant because, even if the people in the other room were not extremely noisy, I could hear everything that they were saying and doing, and I could not sleep.

Loved it!
The hotel takes care of the little things with generosity, like free sparking and regular water 24/7, or a generous breakfast. Staff is kind and very helpful. Loved it!

Hitel is very well located, close to the bridge, restaurants, and transportation is easy to accesd.Hotel is smaller than we thought. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Storing space is limited, only 1 drawer and open shelves. No hair dryer, had to ask for one, which was quickly provided. Breakfast buffet is good and waitress were very nice and corteous. The front desk, including Joel and Victoria and the rest of the group, were very attentive and informative. They went above and beyond in helping us with booking some of our excursions. We definitely recommend this small boutique type hotel. There’s a coffee shop and a tavern type restaurant next door, good food and very good prices..for a quick bite.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. When we first checked in, the room we were given smelled like sewage. We notified the hotel staff, and they promptly switched our rooms. We had no issues with our new room. Having said that, we stayed at 3 different hotels during this trip, and this one was our least favorite. It's a fine hotel, but I think there are better options out there.

Very nice boutique hotel
Modern boutique hotel in Puerto Madero area. Easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants and bars.Buffet breakfast was wonderful with beautiful presentation. Service was great. They accommodated us with a slightly earlier check in which was greatly appreciated since we hadn’t slept in 24 hours. Room clean and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the young lady and ice cold pitcher of water at check-in the BEST. She was helpful, spoke excellent English, efficient and SMILED. The Hotel was clean, quiet, in a safe area, in-room beer/wine was at a reasonable price , breakfast was very good and a 10 minute walk from several points of interest.The price point suited our budget. Great hotel in Buenos Aires
The hotel is centrally located with shops, restaurants nearby. From the hotel it takes less than 10 minute walking to reach Plaza Mayo and Metro station. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful; its amenities are in very good condition. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a great vacation in Argentina.

Refreshing decor, modern and spacious - the bathroom was particularly well laid out. loved the little touches such as chocolates and water - and a joy to find a kettle and coffee in the room. Great views of the city too.

Excellent location with lots of room
For the most part, I really enjoyed staying at Own Madero. It was very conveniently located within walking distance from Puerto Madero, San Telmo, and many other exciting places. The room was comfortable and had ample space. I interacted with a few staff members but one stood above the others as being extra helpful and friendly - Dianna. The only downsides were that the hotel is so new that some things are still being "broken in," as I was told by staff. For instance, I really had to jerk the handle to my room to get it to open every time. Also I had to put a cash deposit since their ability to accept Visa was down for a few days. Overall, I would definitely stay again if in Buenos Aires.

Very nice Hotel closed to several point of interest such as Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo, and Tango shows. Also, great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was great! They provided several recommendations for lunch and dinner and the overall service was outstanding!

Service was great. The downstairs attendants to the restaurant persons. Couldn’t pamper you more. Great location for BA. could improve considerably in the room cleaning and attention to replacing articles in the refrigerator.
