Money missing from our room safe box, we talked to the management during our stays (3 times, different dates in November) they were addressing the issue to work with the insurance and recover our money while in the country, I have kept texting the manager and now he is ignoring me. They did gave us a 3 night courtesy but that is not even half of what we were robed in their hotel. Also I had to request to time a change of room because it was either small or the beds were uncomfortable which they kindly did.

Location is excellent, within walking distance to most of tourist areas, we walked to most places. Evening shift staff member was very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The room was a bit small and the bath and toilet for second stay was cramped. The location was great

Good value hotel, good breakfast with fresh fruit for about $5 us. 10 min walk to Buquebus, ferry to Uruguay, that's why we booked it. $25 approx for taxi from airport one way. Staff at front desk struggle with basic English, but there's always Google translate on your cell :)

I liked the design of the hotel. The only thing was that we could not have breakfast as it opens late at the weekend.

This is a great property in a great location. The hotel is well taken care of and just what I needed as a solo traveler. Plenty of room and the bathroom was good sized, too. The only issue I had was that I was told at check-in that my package included breakfast and even though I questioned it, I was assured it was in fact included. Then I was charged for eating breakfast after the fact. When I brought it up to the staff, he basically laughed and didn't seem to care. Other than that, I was very happy with the hotel and the staff overall was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be in a great location within walking distance to all the good sites!

O htl Urbano tem ótima localização: a menos de duas quadras da Calle Florida, a pouquissimas quadras da Av 9 de Julio, Av Corrientes, Av Santa Fé, Obelisco, Teatro Colon, e outras atrações de BA. Um supermercado exatamente ao lado, bem como lanchonetes, restaurantes, lojas, etc, nas imediações. Equipe bastante atenciosa e prestativa.

Buena experiencia!
El hotel es cómodo y muy limpio, el personal tiene muy buena predisposición y amabilidad para cualquier pedido o consulta que hagas, eso es importante. Lo único que no me pareció muy bueno es que la habitación tiene una puerta que divide con la contigua y en esos casos se escucha todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado.

le personnel est à l'écoute et tres aimable. J'ai moins aimé la vue de la chambre qui donne sur l'intérieur avec vis à vis, mais le reste etait parfait . Je recommande de ne pas réserver le petit dejeuner ici, mais de le prendre sur place les jours qui vous conviennent , c'est bien plus économique et plus souple comme méthode.

El orden, limpieza, diseño y ambientación son muy buenos. Mejoraría el servicio de asistencia de cocina fuera del horario de desayuno ( ej. Agua para mate). También revisaría el estado de los sommiers (colchones). El desayuno muy rico (agregaría yogurt). En líneas generales muy bueno.

A estadia foi ótima, o quarto teve limpeza diária com troca de toalhas e shampoo, condicionador e gel de banho. O senão foi um vazamento no box que inundava o banheiro toda vez que tomávamos banho. Tudo por causa de uma borracha mal encaixada que quando reposicionada, RESOLVEU o problema
