I liked the design of the hotel, staff was amazing, location is good and bedroom was big with comfortable bed, mini bar and microwave. Hotel need some care, for instance AC was not working appropriately, furniture was peeling off, curtain in the bathroom was broken and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

The location is excellent and the staff was super helpful but the hotel itself has aged and would benefit from a little TLC. Also, from our room on the first floor you could hear water running very loudly through the pipes when guests in rooms above were having a shower. Overall a good experience nevertheless and quite affordable.

Place was in the Recoleta area (more or less) and is very reasonably priced. It is clean and functional (mostly), outfitted with Ikea-like furnishings. If you are dependent on internet service, you're pretty much out of luck unless you want to camp out by the front desk. Front door was not working for 3 days, many burned out light bulbs. Once you climb into the tub shower (not easy if you have joint issues!) the water pressure is great, so that is a plus!

This was only the 2nd time we had booked a boutique hotel. This experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming & friendly. Also probably the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere in my travels. I would go back just for the coffee alone. We miss this place already.

Where design and comfort meet

Staying at this hotel is always an experience for the senses. The style and layout of the spaces is minimalist at heart but warm, inviting, cozy and comfortable. Great public spaces especially the lounge underground. To top all this off, the staff is incredibly attentive... Monica, Miguel, Valeria, Mateo.... and the rest of the crew made me feel at home. AAA+

Large room with microwave and mini-fridge. Bed was comfortable. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They made taxi arrangements so that we could get to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. They also gave us directions to a pizza restaurant and pharmacy. The breakfast they serve is excellent and offers pastries and breads, juices, cheese and ham. The coffee is excellent.

I am confused by this survey - The hotel did not have the room I booked they said the air conditioner was broken and did not have any availability for the room type I booked - I called hotels.com and was told I would be given a full refund because of this also the dates of this survey do not match the date for my booking - my booking date was Thursday- checking out Friday this survey list Wednesday- Thursday

all i can say is do not stay here, it is the most dishonest person owning it or running it- i left and they would not refund me. I booked it literally last minute and did not read reviews on google... read the reviews... it is exact... they show you a balcony and the photos are misleading, when you arrive they want 200 usd to upgrade to what you thought you were getting. the rooms are dated, there is an entire building being ripped down outside the hotel windows on the back side, noise, toxic, they would not refund, me, they would not even split it with me. such dishonesty. there are stains on the curtains, the bathtubs have a hint of yellow, it has never been upgraded and should not be allowed to advertise on expedia nor booking... complete dishonest owners and managers . do not stay here
