"We had a great stay here! The hotel was wonderful, with a private little cabin that felt very cozy and peaceful. The air conditioning was strong and worked really well, and the chairs and hot tub outside the room were definitely highlights. One thing to note is that you need to fill the hot tub quite a while in advance before you can use it, so it is better to plan ahead. The hotel is also not far from La Fortuna town, which is very convenient. The water pressure was not particularly strong, but it was still perfectly adequate. Since the cabins are surrounded by nature, you will inevitably see some small bugs around the room and outside. So if you are not comfortable with insects, this may not be the best choice. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it."

"This is our second stay at this hotel. We appreciate the kid-friendly activities, such as visiting the onsite farm and vegetable garden. We love the hot springs and enjoy walking around the hotel, which features a large variety of plants and small animals. During our visit, it was the rainy season, making it difficult to keep our clothes dry. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a drying machine for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Everything about this place was amazing. The staff, the gardens, and the wildlife were all top notch! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a luxurious resort feel with exceptional staff. The only downside to our experience was that we paid for the delux river bungalow but there was no view of the river from our room at all. If I would have known that, I would have been fine with the garden bungalows because it was the same view. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do it again!"

"Excellent stay. Food is okโ€ฆbreakfast and dinner are not that great but breakfast is free. Dinner is not. Other than that, once you hike the volcano and check out the waterfall, there isnโ€™t much else to do in the town so the resort is the most exciting thing to do and will be a highlight of your trip. Let them take you on a sightseeing tour and theyโ€™ll spot animals for you that you wouldnโ€™t otherwise see. Horseback riding, coffee tours, etc. truly impeccable place. if they improved the food quality, this place would be a 100/100"
