"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again."

"The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again."

"The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. "

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available.
Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "
