Top Buena Vista Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado

10/10 Excellent

"My fiance and I stayed here for his birthday. The pictures did not lie. The hotel is lovely and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The restaurants food and drinks were great. We have no complaints. The pool was amazing. We will be back."

Bali Hotel Adults Only Isla Verde, a Trademark by Wyndham

8/10 Good

"The stay was very nice, everyone was great. I do Think at check in it’s very important to tell guest every detail of there stay, i didnt Know about the wifi info, i didnt Know that the restaurant was only open certain days and that would have been very good to know being that i was Looking forward to having my birthday dinner there. I’m also not to sure if this is a new hotel thing where house keeping only cleans every other day or you must request it upon check-in(can we please stop this). i was really not happy about the breakfast, there was only about two options to choose from and there wasn’t even juice, there is also a beautiful area towards the back of the hotel where it’s a bar and chairs etc but it’s not even utilized, the front bar is cool but it’s just not that much popular. Tv was not on, i cant remember if there was music, and it says it closes at 9pm but it was closed after 8. For a beautiful luxury hotel the pool equipment was really worn out/stained and the pool did not look as clean but I’m pretty sure it’s cleaned on a daily basis but could be touched up during the afternoon/evening to. Overall a good stay, location is great and the pictures are worth taking here. I’d stay again."
