This property has so much potential but is outdated and worn down. No restaurant or working vending machines. I hope that they revitalize this hotel.

It could be an amazing property with the right management! The pool was cloudy, the hot tub was disgusting! The toilet needed to be plunged every time we used it! The elevator quit working! The hot tub quit working ! This place needs a lot of help and a visit from the health department!!

It was fine. A bit more run down than the pics showed. The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaners and when we got to the room all the drawers were open. Just seemed odd. Lighting is odd. Lamps were unplugged but worked after plugging in. Bed was ok. Not too uncomfortable or comfortable. Would I come back? Probably not. But was it worth the low price, I guess it did what it was supposed to for a quick trip.

Always was a beautiful convenient place to stay but it seems very outdated now and needs lot of repairs and they no longer have breakfast :/ . So not bad if you just need a decent place to sleep

Roaches in the rooms. On the floor and the shower curtain. Was given another room from 4th to 1st floor and no lie roaches on the floor. No housekeeping. Dirty and locks don’t work. Toilet didn’t work. Shower didn’t get hot.

No working a/c. complained to the downstairs staff and they said a maintenance guy would be up in my room to check it out and no one showed up until i went downstairs again to complain . Ontop of that they promised me another room if the a/c was still not wotking and it still wasnt working and i didnt get no replacement room . Very terrible

One of the housekeepers stole our clothes that were left behind and I had to go out and purchase more clothes for the day due to housekeeping stealing things left behind instead or turning things into reception. Plus all the rooms need renovations they don’t match the description online and nothing work is in the rooms from the TVs, phones or internet. We were moved to 4 different rooms in 1 day due to all the rooms having things wrongs or soiled mattresses.

The hotel is in a great area close to lots of tourist attractions and shopping! The room did not have bedding for the pullout bed, which was needed because our family of 3 could not fit in one bed. They told us they didn’t have extra pillows, phone was broken, the curtains were worn out and the floors were extremely dirty, needed to wear shoes at all times. One of the elevators were not working either.

Guest services made the arrival and check in super easy. I would have marked quiet but during our stay there, someone’s car alarm was going off (twice) in the middle of the night (across the street from the hotel, something the hotel had no control over) for a while before it was turned off. But other than that, it was a great stay!

Crap hotel! The room is horrible. The toilet runs and barely flushes. The sofa bed is unusable because the mattress is just springs. Outlets don’t work. Fridge is wet inside?? Bathroom sink knob falls off. Shower sucks and barely drains. Room feels very dirty. They don’t answer the phone but when you go down - the staff are just chatting and on their cell phones. Limited lighting and there is 1 lamp in the “living room” plugged in with no light bulb. Would recommend not staying here and choosing another hotel in the area.

This Property isn’t how it appears really, the rooms are very dirty and you can see water damage on the walls and tables.. floor is dirty, took of my shoes when i got there and my socks turned black.. They used foil to patch up things that are broken and silver, lamp shade had a game of tik tac toe played on it and little kid scribbles, jacuzzi is green and not kept up, there is no heater only air conditioning, maintenance has to go up into the roof to turn heater on if you request, and same thing to turn air back on.. Some rooms are being remodeled so that’s promising but both my rooms this trip were very disappointing..

Staff was very attentive & kind. But the rooms smelled really bad, if you slept near the curtains you could smell the odor & it was strong. We ended up leaving at 3am cause I couldn’t sleep another night. Check out was at 11am btw.

We had a suite, no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Floor was very sticky, decor and wall has blemishes and needed renovation. Floor was also uneven, room had a strong unpleasant odor. Do not recommend and will not return.

Stayed here while we visited Disneyland, in our room the air didn’t work, there was only 1 remote to work both TVs, when housekeeping came to clean our rooms all they did was took the garbage and dirty towels nothing was actually cleaned, they never left any new towels, we always had to go down to the front desk and ask for face towels, the front desk employee was sweet and very helpful, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Disney

First room provided was a big roach in the bathroom. Room service did not sweep the floor, during my 7 day stay, 2 times fixed the beds, they did changed the towels. The place is in a great location.

Everything needs updating. Furniture chipped and dirty. Noisy road.However, pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice. Also convenient for Knottsberry Farm. Cost was ok for the hotel.

We was supposed to have 2 queen beds, they were full size. No individual A/C in the room. There was nothing in the very large bathroom to set anything on, the sink was small, no counters, the toilet was mounted to the wall with no holding tank. No extra TP, 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths for a party of 5. And no hair dryer. I will stay again, I felt safe, it was clean and everyone was friendly

Overall stay was good but the property needs updating badly as it is run down and looking tired. We stayed 10 years ago and the place was busy and vibrant but not the case this time. Staff were friendly and helpful and hopefully they invest in upgrades as the location is great

Broken toilet 3 times, ride maintenance, manager won’t call back. Front desk when toilet broke second time said maintenance left and hotel sold out so deal with it. Told us to take loss off and flush it from there and when wet food a hose flew off spraying water everywhere flooding our bathroom while I was on the phone work front desk. She then said she will try to get someone to come back and she would call me back. 20 minutes later maintenance knocked on the foot with no call back. He complained be had to come back and said not to call again be won’t come back. He was very ride. We said we’d rather not have to call and just have a working toilet like we paid for. When wet flush checked in the toilet didn’t work and it took two hours to get it fixed and when wet checked out it would flush again. And again like I said, management will not return my call. Will not return to this facility again. Am returning to the area in a few weeks and very disappointed we can’t stay there again.

I left 45 minutes after checking into my room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Pictures on their site are VERY deceiving. It does NOT look like this. If you're in town with your kids do NOT expose them to this potential risk. This place is absolutely filthy. Entered my room and it did "appear" to be clean. Unfortunately the odor that hits you the moment the door opens is incredibly overwhelming. What smell was being covered up??? This should have been red flag #2. Limited options I decided to suck it up for the night. Within an hour the chemical smell was so bad I started to get a headache and nausea to the point of nearly vomiting. Grabbed my luggage, went to the desk and said I cannot stay here, explained why very calmly and asked to be refunded. Desk agent was kind and said manager will call you later to discuss. NO CALL. I called the next day, he was apologetic and said would investigate and call me back in 20 minutes. I called an hour later and was told the manager went home for the night. 12 HOURS later I received a call and was told there is no issue, no odor in the room, cleaning supplies used were unscented and he's happy to give me an $18 credit for a room I sat in for an hour. I stay in hotels nearly 48 weeks out of the year travelling for work and have never done this, much less at 9pm at night. Asked him if he thought I was lying and his response was "sir, you can call yourself a liar if you want" but their is no issue with the room.
