While your experience may not have been up to your standards, we pride ourselves on our truly friendly Front Desk Team who non-stop aim to assist all our the guest. It is important to understand that we can only provide the benefits of VIP status depending on our availability and we are not obliged to do so at all. In any case it is possible, we always give our guests free room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out. Unfortunately, we could not provide you with an early check-in as you arrived later. Nevertheless, we immediately provided you with a free room upgrade.Our rooms are carefully assigned to the next guests, thusway we need to know when will be the room avaliable. We have managed one of our arriving guest onto your previous room, who already payed for the early check-in from 12. And that's all because you did not let us know about your late check-out request.I can also assure you that we called you many times on the room phone and you did not answer. When we were calling the given mobile number, it turned out that you barred every incoming calls. We wrote an email to the email address you provided but it was also incorrect. We went up to the room, but you were not inside, nor at our bar.When we kindly informed you about the late check-out fee, you said there was nothing wrong with the amount but you were not informed correctly about the exact times. We did not even have a chance to answer or apologize, you sticked to pay the resulting fee immediately. After all this, we could not do anything else besides we just tried to explain in how many places was the date posted. In case if we made a mistake to forgot to mention it verbally, you must have come across it in the following places: on the reservation page, on our own website, in several informative messages, on the access card's holder or on the RUM directory in the room.I am truly sorry that you experienced this situation as unpleasant but the hotel has some policy and it is our job to comply with it.Once again, thank you for bringing these issue to our attention as it helps us to understand where improvements can be made.
