The property was good with great metro connection to the tourist spots. The cleaning service was good cleaned everyday and provided new water bottle everyday. Two supermarkets in 30m Drawbacks - the kitchen did not have a microwave we had to request and wait for 2 days to get it. They call it a 4star Hotel but it is definitely not.

The rooms were very spacious and of family comfort/good location. The hotel management very poor, sewage smell in the rooms and surrounding, the same poorly prepared breakfast served each morning. Staff are not very friendly with passing on the right information customers needed. A little bit of TLC and staff training will up lift the hotel standard.

Great location for visiting Budapest. Only downside was that the rooms did not have air conditioning, and due to the close proximity of the metro, pedestrian traffic could be a little noisy and/or drunk in the later hours. Overall, not a deal breaker, but it may be an issue for light sleepers.

The hotel itself was in a great location, very close to a bus station. However, the room itself was not clean. The bedsheets had many fuzzy things & there was a lot of dust & dirt on the floor. The sheets were never changed during my stay. The bathroom sink was clogged. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement.

We didn't like the smell of drains in the bathroom and the maid twice left the fridge unplugged and once left our electric toothbrush unplugged after hoovering. Apart from that it was good

We have four comfortable stays there. It was just brilliant to travel around from the hotel. The metro was 1 min away and the bus two mins away. The staff were great. Well kept hotel and good service

We had a wonderful experience with our stay here. An employee named Susan was absolutely amazing. We had received a parking ticket and she went above and beyond in helping us. She not only translated but offered to fill out the form and have it mailed out for us. Thanks again Susan! I definitely recommend staying here!

The room was not carpeted which is very good and no smell. The room was also equipped with a microwave if you wish to heat food, a medium sized fridge to keep your drinks cold and a kettle.

We were upgraded on arrival to the neighbouring Di Verdi Grand Hotel which was very comfortable with breakfast included. We had the pleasure of meeting the CEO who had also designed the hotel which made our stay at interesting and enjoyable along with an amazing F1 experience at the Hungaroring.

Basic but clean and comfortable!
We always stay at this hotel as it's basically but clean and comfortable !And staff are friendly" However the maintenance on the last two visits was not good! On both occasions the shower door was hanging off, which I managed to fix myself.

Comfortable hotel, but with not so friendly staff. We were told that breakfast was €10/person. However, when paying, we were charged € 15/person. It’s ok... misunderstanding can happen, but front desk was EXTREMELY rude, saying that if her “colleague was working from her pocket, she ‘herself’ was not going to”. Please, train your front desk to treat guests with respect...

The receptionist is very nice and kind, as soon as you step inside, you instantly get a good vibe. The room is huge and clean. Coffee/tea and large bottled water(huge plus) is waiting in the room. Bathroom is well lit, nice tiles and properly cleaned. The shower pressure is excellent. I wish I have booked more nights. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not quiet and crowded and you can hear who is talking in the adjacent room,also at the corridor,Air condition are not working at the room so it was very cold, i asked the reception about the air condition to fix it she said that the condition just work for cooling not for heating ,and The government has stopped supplying them with heating since the beginning of May , They changed the room into a smaller room and did not have a kitchen and while the air conditioning in it with the same problem and she lied to us at the reception when she said it was a better room than we were.

Look for someplace else
I expected more. The hotel seems good and comfortable at the beginning but actually, it's not. I arrived at a cold night, the air condition just made a lot of noise without making any heat at all (even after complaining at the front desk), the towel warmer didn't work, bad smell from the toilet, sheets were so loose. I Don't recommend this hotel.
