"The staff was very helpful but the hotel has some disappointing features - the balcony has holes large enough for a 2 year old to go through, the metal bunk beds were missing some back area so could not use the bottom, they started painting the hallway while we were still in the room (on checkout day), we had some ants etc. Did not try the breakfast, not convinced by the smell. The Wine Bar menu was surprisingly good, staff v attentive. World Class gym access is a plus - the gym and pool are...
