"No staff on hand at check-in. Had a question about the heat and used an intercom system to get answers. Our room was too close to the street with heavy semi and construction truck traffic."

"Very nice older Hotel with a great history. Clean and quiet room and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Jody who helped me resolve a reservation issue and to the manager, Andrew, who helped me change my room due to a temporary disability. The staff was very accomodating and it is appreciated. I also got to have breakfast at the Inn's restaurant, and the food and service (Jody again) was excellent. I would easily choose to stay at the Bridgeport Inn during future travel in the area. Highly Recommended. CLM"
