Have booked a room but needed to change the date, and after calling and emailing several times the only response is they can't do it and they don't know who can so now I'm having to look and pay for another hotel at the end of this month.

We decided to not use our reservation. Instead we asked if we could put a Ukrainian mother and her 5 year old child in the room? The hotel agreed and we’re extremely cooperative. The front desk staff was very friendly and their English was great.

Nice hotel
Nice, clean hotel room and great service. The bed was comfortable, wifi good and everything seems new. Breakfast had a good choice also. The room size is on the small side and the wall are a bit thin.

Gem of a hotel! Great location (15/20 min to old town) Staff were so friendly and accommodating Tasty breakfast Beautiful interior Stay here you will not regret it! I will be returning in the near future for sure.

L'hotel non è proprio così centrale,è molto vicino alla fermata della metro, ma lontano dalla città vecchia. Consiglio di prenotare nella città vecchia in quanto piena di locali e ristoranti evitando di prendere taxi o metro in ore tarde. L'hotel comunque nel complesso è gradevole e pulito, le sono camere nuove e poco rumorose. La colazione è piuttosto varia sia di dolce che salato e consiglio di farla in hotel in quanto nelle vicinanze non ci sono bar o pasticcerie.

Hôtel un peu excentré mais très facile d'accès
Que dire si ce n'est que tout a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre comme la salle de bains étaient bien agencées, très confortables et grandes. Le petit déjeuner très complet et bon. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Une adresse à retenir. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Muy practico, cómodo, tranquilo para dormir muy bien, muy bien ubicado, camas y almohadas nuevas. Solo dos cositas a mejorar: cortinas completamente oscuras que filtren La Luz . Y mejorar el drenaje y limpieza de la ducha. Del resto una gozada. Y el desayuno una joya.

Prettig verblijf dichtbij centrum!
Mooi ingericht, licht en modern maar zonder kil te worden. Erg fijne kamer, alles zag er piekfijn uit. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Omelet met truffel laten maken.
