Booked two rooms for myself my husband and our two daughters . Lovely rooms , great parking (€9 a day ) close to the centre good breakfast . Friendly staff . I would go back . Rooms were very warm as AC only in the summer

Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, when I was looking for hotels, one of my requirements was a fitness center, and I had expected the hotel to have one. Unfortunately, it did not have a fitness center, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable to many tourist sites (1 - 2 miles) or reachable by Bolt. A metro and bus stops are a six-minute walk at Piata Roma. The staff was very efficient and the breakfast staff were accommodating when we had to have an early breakfast at 6 AM to make an excursion. The courtyard off the dining room is pleasant. For some reason the room was cleaned only once for a 3-night stay. No washcloth is provided.

While the room is modern and very nice, the hallways and room are stifling hot, seriously comparable to a sauna with no windows open at all. Once we got the air-conditioning going it cooled down a bit, but even the drinks in the fridge weren't cold after 24 hours. Breakfast was good but the staff overseeing it weren't friendly. The staff at the front desk were.

Non è assolutamente all'altezza di un 4 stelle, la porta di ingresso alla camera è come una comune porta da interni, con una semplicissima chiave duplicabile. Non era assolutamente fono isolante, sentivamo il rumore del filtro dell'acquario presente al piano terra. Le condizioni degli infissi lasciavano molto a desiderare. La televisione trasmetteva esclusivamente canali locali. Buona la connessione WIFI. L'addetta alla colazione è stata la persona più cordiale della struttura. L'ultima sera, sono sceso a far notare che non era stata effettuata la pulizia della camera, una delle addette alla reception mi ha risposto "spero tu possa resistere per questa sera". Pessima esperienza.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt Bukarest. Trotzdem durch die Lage verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen. Sehr geeignet, wenn man das Stadtleben liebt oder geschäftlich in Bukarest zu tun hat. Fußläufig waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Cafés gut zu erreichen. Die Suite war geräumig und das gesamte Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück bot reichlich Auswahl, Brötchen und Croissants wurden täglich frisch gebacken. Die Cafe Bar mit dem sehr schönen offenen Bereich hat uns immer wieder zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, dem ist die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes sehr zu empfehlen. Wir konnten durch die Reservierung direkt vor dem Eingang parken. In der Suite hatten wir eine Badewanne. Wir hätten eine Dusche bevorzugt, ist aber Geschmackssache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen Danke!

Terrible experience, I had left over dirty underwear and socks in my closet . Apparently someone forgot to check the closet when they were cleaning . Was offered a free night if I paid for another one . Literary not good Managment or room service .

Wonderful

I stayed at Unique Hotel for 15 days during the pandemic. They always had a facemask on and cleaned of every surface often. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Some of the staff didn’t speak much english but they always try to understand and can always help you. The area looked a little worn at first when I arrived because it was dark outside, but in the light of day you will see that it’s a cozy and lived in street. It’s close to the heart of the city and has alot of restaurants within 10-15 min of walking. And their breakfast is wonderful, small and simple but worth the money and it was delicious , didn’t eat breakfast out once. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an no expensive good hotel in the heart of the city. You can easily have a good experience in Bucharest from this location!
