Don’t miss the terrace

It was pretty quiet because of covid. No restaurant service, but the stay was good overall. The rooftop terrace was very nice.

The property was very close to the relatives we visited. The vintage of the building was a plus. Close to Triumph Arc, Herastrau parc, market and restaurants.

While we reserved the spa that is advertised for guests romantic and private relaxation. The night staff of the hotel, two men and the female receptionist, came around the off limits back alley to spy, through the ventilation window, on me and my female companion as she laid topless. She noticed them and warned me, I immediately confronted them and they ran off as I followed them. The two male staff whom I recognized as I followed them and identified as the concierge called Bogdan, and the room service clerk that had just delivered wine to my room, they kept cowardly running as I followed them across the lobby and hid on the back of the hotel restaurant. But the female receptionist couldn’t hide as she had to cover the reception. I demanded explanations from her and she just nervously provided none. I demanded she contacted the night shift manager. This night shift manager showed up while the male staff was still hiding in the back, and instead of confronting them and doing the right thing, he instead covered for them and denied they were present at all in the premises. We checked out and returned the next day to speak to a person that identified as the general manager. This person took the report apologizing promising to call back after looking into the matter and the lobby cameras but the call never came through. I have stayed in this hotel before in the course of the past 5 years and I have reserved the private spa before but now I warn everyone to beware and away.

Decent hotel for the price but if you stay during the weekend there might be a wedding event or some other event where the music will be loud until late at night... This wasn't a big issue for us on 2nd floor but might be louder above 2nd floor. Just something to keep in mind.

This place is horrible! First of they have horrible attitudes. They treated us like we were going to steal something. Watching our every move. I left early paid for 5 nights only stayed 2, because my guest was bumped and so upset I had to pay for another room because she felt uncomfortable! I called Travelocity to let them know what was going on that I was checking out early, they didn’t wanna answer the phone for them nor will they give me my money back for the 3 night that wasn’t used. Then, I suppose to get 10% off on breakfast she tells me my breakfast wasn’t included an I paid an extra 100 bucks! The receptionist didn’t even know how to print out a receipt when we were checking out! He knew how to be on his cell phone laid back though! I recommend the Ramada!! Great service!!!!!!! Awesome breakfast and they don’t watch you like your about to take something!

Absoluut te vermijden hotel.

Omwille van een conferentie die plaats vond in de buurt koos ik om in dit hotel te verblijven gedurende 1 week. Een doorslaggevende reden om hier te boeken was de aanwezigheid van de SPA faciliteiten. Na het inchecken vroeg ik of ik gebruik kon maken van het zwembad, sauna, jacuzzi. Ik kreeg als antwoord dat dit gedeelte omwille van een technisch probleem gesloten was. Daarna besloot ik om samen met mijn collega het diner te nuttigen in het restaurant van het hotel. We kregen een menukaart met daarop heel wat lekkere gerechten. Toen we wilden bestellen kregen we beiden te horen dat het gerecht dat we gekozen hadden helaas niet beschikbaar was. Ook mijn tweede keuze was 'helaas' niet beschikbaar. Waarom geeft u dan een menukaart aan de gasten? Op mijn reservatieformulier van expedia stond duidelijk kamer met bad EN douche. Toen ik in de kamer kwam bleek hier enkel een douche aanwezig te zijn. Toen ik dit ging melden aan de receptie verklaarden ze dat ze geen kamer hadden met bad en douche. Ik vroeg om dan een kamer te krijgen met een bad. Dit was onmogelijk! De resterende dagen van de week ben ik telkens gaan vragen of de SPA-zone al beschikbaar was. Telkens kreeg ik hetzelfde verhaaltje. Ik ben meermaals gaan kijken naar de SPA-zone op diverse tijdstippen van de dag. Ik heb op geen enkel moment techniekers zien werken in en aan de SPA-faciliteit! De kamer was wel mooi ingericht en proper. Er werden zelfs geen verontschuldigingen gegeven voor de tekortkomingen. Jammer!

Unfriendly staff, poor facilities, worse service.

Staff reluctant to serve breakfast. Spa facilities were extremely poor and not worth the additional fees. A party in the hotel was extremely loud with music travelling easily to our room. Will book at Radisson in future.

Nice hotel but out of the centre

This hotel is nice in the inside but a little out of the city centre. Information on the hotels.com Website was incorrect about what was included with our booking. The website says there would be free airport transfer with our booking but the hotel refused to honour it and after I questioned the policy they never replied to me. Once we were at the hotel the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

도메니 플라자 호텔

조용하고 크기 및 가격대로 괜찮았으나, 주차장이 6대만 가능하고, 스파를 이용했는데 이용한지 오래 됐는지 관리가 안되어 있었음.(사우나실은 거미줄이 쳐져 있었고, 온도를 높여 놓지 않아서 온도가 올라가는데 2시간이 걸려서 최종적으로 이용도 거의 하지 못했음.). 직원들은 친절했고, 근처에 한식당(서울 레스토랑)을 걸어서 갈 수 있었음. 조식은 아주 평범한 수준으로 성수기가 아니라서 손님이 없어서 인지, 과일 및 달걀 요리 등 신선도가 떨어졌음.

Hotellin sijainti oli melko syrjäinen, ja milkäli taksia ei tilannut suoraan hotellilta, oli kulkeminen haastavaa. Palvelu oli hyvää ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneen mukavuudet eivät täysin vastaanneet varaushetkellä luvattuja, mutta asiasta mainittaessa henkilökunta antoi meille toisen huoneen, joka vastasi varausta paremmin. Yleisilmeeltään hotelli oli siisti ja rauhallinen, vaikkakin hotellilla järjestettiin muunmuossa häät vierailumme aikana, joten myös muutakin liikettä oli, kuin pelkästään hotellin asukkaat.
