"The hotel staff were wonderful. Each morning the staff helped me navigate to the meeting sites for my tours. They contacted a bus company on my behalf when I had departure site questions. The laundry service was good. The hot shower and water pressure was great. Each room is decorated according to a design theme. Hotel was close to museums and the University Square."

"Great value for the money! We enjoyed the location near Cismigiu Park, the amenities (the restaurant, pool and spa area). "Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."
