He helped my husband with the Uber booking and spotting the Uber vehicle because the hotel entrance is located at the junction of the traffic lights. One of the Uber drivers even quit on us when he saw the traffic even though he has arrived. He drove passed us even and stopped at the junction waiting for the green...
