"The location is great near Bryce Canyon NP, and the idea of the western themed buildings is cute, but the porches and entrances are quite shabby. The staff was minimally helpful. I had to ask where to get ice—and was directed to an outside building. A child—maybe 10 years old—answered the bell at morning checkout. The breakfast was adequate."

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at Happy Trails B&B on a vacation with my dad. Room was clean and in great working condition. Shower was a bit small but manageable. The main building is a bit older so it can be a bit noisy at times when you’re on the first floor as the floors are creaky. The room had a portable heater/AC tower which helped a lot in minimizing noise at night. Washer and dryer were accessible, free, and a great help after a day in Bryce hiking. "The experience was excellent, but maybe my expectations for the price was a bit high. I wish the units had been cleaner. They all seem to need a shop vac around the edges and under things. Clods of dirt and animal hair. I’m a clean freak I realize and, hey, it’s “glamping” but still…"
