"Annabelle Gardens is my favorite spot in Lincoln! The rooms are great with a kitchen and laundry machines. Breakfast is the best and snacks all day. The gardens and outdoor pavilion are great do meals, coffee, and hanging out. I love this place and have come back at least 10 times."

"“From Friday night until Monday morning, we did not receive any room service at all during our stay—no towel replacement, trash pickup, or basic housekeeping. The housekeeping staff were very kind when we asked for extra towels, which was pretty much the only positive part of our experience. This was our first and definitely our last time staying here. As the saying goes, you get the service you pay for, but at no point did it feel like they made any effort to provide a good guest experience. Instead, it felt like we were just another number—just another dollar figure to them.”"

"The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed! "
