Great stay! The receptionist was very welcoming. And as we arrived quite late and the kitchen was already closed offered to bring some pizzas to our room. Also enjoyed going for a swim in the pool in the morning. Would come back anytime!

Wish the dinning room was open at 6:00 PM - also they need a shuttle for the airport. I have been at this hotel many times and the Internet never works.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Really close to the airport by car. Unfortunately there were a few things that weren’t to my liking. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working and given the season it got uncomfortably warm in the room occasionally. I tried to turn it on several times and nothing I did got it working. I also couldn’t get the tv working. I would turn it on and it would tell me that there was either a very weak signal or no signal. I checked the cable connection, and again, nothing I did worked. The stay would have been much more comfortable if these things had been working. That being said, I was so tired that I didn’t go to reception to tell them about these issues, so I can’t say that they did nothing to improve my situation, since I didn’t give them the opportunity. That part isn’t their fault, but it would have been nice if these things had been working! Overall, it did the job, a place to sleep while waiting for my flight in the morning. Reception was very friendly and helpful upon check-in!

By the looks of the neighborhood (semi-industrial) one would not have high hopes for this hotel. But wrong! It was really good. Outside very 50's. But inside the courtyard a different story. Good reception, spacious room, comfortable bed and bathroom. Very good breakfast. For the price and location, I was very pleased

lovely stay
although building work going on it didn't effect my stay. I had swimming pool too myself for an hour. and breakfast in my room was amazing. very close to airport so would stay again

Very happy with the stay. excellent food. Bathroom was a bit disappointing - shower head bracket was broken and the thermostat for the radiator was also broken so couldn't turn it on to dry items.

Business hotel convenient to Ker Lann campus
The property is well located near two major highways, very near to the Rennes Airport and to the Campus Ker Lann at Bruz. It is within walking distance to a major exhibition complex. My room was interior to an open courtyard, accessed through the large and pleasantly decorated lobby. The room was not luxurious, but was clean and adequately appointed for the usual business or casual traveller. There seems to be a conscious allotment of one cup of instant coffee, 1 creamer and 1 or 2 sugars. Plastic spoons and drinking glasses are provided, the cups are ceramic. Toilet tissue is of the single sheet variety. I purchased for myself, as a longer term stay, toilet rolls, shampoo, a proper spoon and mug. There is no refrigerator or mini bar and the iron and ironing board are by request. Staff are pleasant but some speak English more completely than others. If a matter is complicated, they will find the right person to speak with the guest. The maid walked in on me despite the "do not disturb" sign AND my calling out to her that I did not wish her to enter when she knocked. I would happily stay again, armed with the small necessaries which I purchased, and with the chair firmly blocking the door in addition to the do not disturb sign. I did not dine at the property so cannot comment on the table.

Convenient for the airport
I chose this airport because it is within walking distance of Rennes airport. It took about 30 minutes. Hotel sits alongside a McDonalds and another restaurant. Could not really fault it. Room was spacious and had a bath. It was clean a don the staff were friendly. It was a weekend and there were few people there. I thought the price was good although I did not take breakfast. I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere reasonable for just a night or two.

Suited our needs perfectly.
Spotless, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to the Musikhall concert venue. A range of dining options in-house or close by.

One family night in rennes.
Near to our friends house but wouldd be a bit far away from the town centre or any monuments. Not a typical tourist area i suppose. Staff super friendly, hotel was supposed to be full but we never saw anyone else innthe time we were there...suspect it may be busy as a coach overnight stop. We didnt eat breakfast so cannot comment on that. We had a suite good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Decor was different.... like japanese/asian style. Bathroon was clean.

we have stayed at this hotel in the past - wish they had a shuttle to the airport. The cabs charge 20 euros for a 5 minute ride.

Hotel was selected because it was closest to Rennes airport. Modest building in commercial/industrial neighborhood with a cheerful staff, adequate dining, and spartan room all for a good value.

We stayed in a family suite which was 2 single beds in a room with a living room that had a sleeping sofa with a TV in each room. The hotel is outside of Rennes about 4 miles and a taxi from the train station was about 25 Euros. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice British girl. She took us to our room personally and brought us extra pillows. She was very accommodating. The room itself had nice furnishings in an Asian theme. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. A coffee maker is provided with instant coffee. The hotel has a nice pool but we did not use it and we did not eat there. There isn't much to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. It's great for a stopover on your way to Mont St Michel or any other destination.

This is a good property, with some issues with the room: The curtains do not block light adequately and the hotel leaves the courtyard lighting on all night. In addition, there is a television in the room and it has an LED clock and the usual bright red LED power light, which are both extremely bright through the night. On a positive note, the restaurant is excellent, the service is brilliant and other than the management, who are not so friendly, the staff that work with the clients best is quite congenial and professional. The management level person that greeted us upon arrival was too busy doing something else to stop to check us in... If the curtains could be improved, this would be a great hotel as the surroundings are quiet.
