"This little out-of-the-way hotel is great for travellers in-transit to the Charleroi airport. Choose this hotel instead of a corporate-owned chain - it is family owned and I felt treated like family. Whatever you need, they assist you with it personally. I had a nice large glass of wine to unwind before bed, a fresh croissant in the morning, and an on-demand ride to the airport. The hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (and I travel a lot!)."

"Hotel is very close to the motorway. I arrived at 21:30 but still got parked. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole place had a good vibe about it. "Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "
