This is a good hotel!
This hotel is safe. I don't know what why the bad reviews previously. Yes, the neighborhood may not be pleasant but the hotel itself is good. We are traveling with adult children so we are fine. It is a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Brussels

Good: Very welcoming staff. Clean Spacious Bad: Very loud road / traffic noise into early hours. Not eco friendly, disposable plastic cups, Nespresso machine, disposable stirrers. Overall: Would not stay again due to road noise, otherwise a nice, clean hotel.

short city break
The location is pretty good,there is a subway station 5mins away, nord train station is 15mins walk away. We stayed on the 5th floor facing the main road and it was nosy at night, we needed ear plugs so avoid the rooms at the front if possible. The room was big and comfortable and the shower was great.

The gentleman at reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Very good shower. Superb breakfast, very tasty with multiple choices. And just a few paces from Yser metro. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and nicely decorated. Hotel was within walking distance to train, metro stations, and Grand Palace. Would definitely recommend!

Worst hotel I have stayed in, did make a formal complaint but to no avail. The rooms do not have adequate sound proofing from the outside windows. All traffic noise and pedestrian can be heard 24hrs.

The lady working the desk at check-in was very professional, kind, efficient and pleasant. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. The room was spacious for Brussels standards. Hotel located next to Metro, but the area is a bit challenging after hours at night.

I am sorry that the hotel do not supply kettle, fridge, cup and neither coffee/tea bag. The wet room design of the shower area is bad, and so the floor is heavily wetted and skippy afterward.

It’s okay but not amazing
We stayed at Yadoya for our trip to Tomorrowland so we weren’t expecting complete luxury as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. However the room is a bit tired looking, we were given square pillows to sleep with which was terrible, the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the bathroom bin was a bit rusty, the shower was tilted towards the wall because the piping was too short so we had to stand right up against the wall to get under the water, the safe didn’t open, there was no fridge or kettle in the room to make and store drinks, the shower towels were very thin, the shower gel was cheap and came in those wall mounted holders, the door handle was falling apart, the front door at the entrance has an extra piece of metal on that kept on knocking everyone in the face so definitely a health and safety hazard. BUT the staff were very friendly, cleaned our room every day and they held our suitcases for when we had a later train home and could go out into the town for the day. I probably wouldn’t stay there again though

we waited at the reception for 15 minutes, no one was there to check in. I sent a request to the hotel, with the explanation that our child sleeps with us in the bed, I ask for a room without an extra bed for the child. no one paid attention to this and we got a room with an extra bed. The room is very dirty, dirty floor and hair everywhere including the bathroom.

At night the AC wasn’t working in my room (I called the reception 3 times and nobody gave me a solution), so I had no choice aside open the window and it was TOO NOISY so I had a terrible night of sleep. The hotel is really nice, it has everything to provide a good experience, but mine wasn’t because I had poor sleep.

The hotel staff were awesome The hotel room was much bigger than I expected but I did notice they were stains on the carpet. I didn’t realize that it did not offer a microwave nor a refrigerator so that was a downside so if you have children I would recommend not stay there we really needed a fridge otherwise stay was OK. Plus is it’s close to most metro and tourists square.

Excellent and Comfortable
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Yadoya. The breakfast was excellent and had a good selection. My only wish, as others have said, is that they would have tea/coffee in the rooms. The hotel is in a really good location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and there’s a metro stop just steps away.

Excellent Hotel for Business Travellers
Perfect for business travellers, this hotel is conveniently located, clean, spacious with nice and comfortable decor (Japanese style, a bit Zen and very calming). There is a supermarket nearby. The breakfast is good and the staff members are extremely friendly, helpful and professional, especially the team working at the reception. With the price they charge, it is a good worth of money.

Location is fine, reception desk helpful. Room is big enough and clean!!! Would be nice to have a tea-coffee maker in the room.

The room was very hard to temperature regulate, it was like the thermostat on the wall was broken and it made for a very warm room. But the staff were incredibly helpful, quiet hotel with generous rooms, calming decor, good breakfast excellent location and overall a really good experience! Ps: 12 is the best check out time and I think every hotel should do this
