We had a fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lift (great for when we checked in with luggage) and staircase. The decor is beautiful and there are a lot of breathtaking pieces of vintage furniture throughout the hotel. The location was perfect! Lots of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro is a short and easy walk. We would most definitely stay here again!

The property has a good vibe. It is a non smoking property, but we were unable to open our windows as the smell of smoke from outside in the courtyard permeates the room as soon as you do. Walls were covered in dust which didn't add to the ambience. However, the staff is very good at the front desk. The breakfast is a great deal compared to others in the area.

Very good location. Clean room. We booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast options are great. xCould do with some improvement with the small stuff e.g. disposable cups could have been replaced when the room is cleaned, etc. But I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it was a nice stay! Really friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels on a budget. :-)

It was all that I want from a hotel - clean, comfortable and helpful staff who fortunately speak excellent English as with underuse my French is almost non-existent. I do not know if it would suit a family. I asked for and got a single room - i.e. small - but still with double/queen bed.
