Nice apartment

Very clean place, well located, spacious and complete with everything you need, would totally recommend. Keep in mind there is no elevator and no front desk / no place to store luggage.

Great, clean and convenient place, excellent location for work near Parc Royal, and a lovely coffee place around the corner for breakfasts: "My little cup". Will come again :)

Located close enough to the center to walk but away from the usual hustle and bustle of very central locations. Very nicely and tastefully decorated and with a cosy bedroom. Downsides: no elevator; no cooking oil/sugar/salt in the kitchen

Faltan detalles importantes por describir. 1 sin ascensor, escaleras muy empinadas y estrechas. 55 escaleras hasta el 3^ 2 escaso menaje. Faltan cubiertos. Vasos etc.. 3 sin persianas. Como es normal en Europa del norte, pero entra mucha luz. Tooooooodo y cuando digo todo es todo lo demás estupendo.

We would like to suggest the following. Please add the following information in BOLD at time of booking: 1. No front desk, and you require a code for check in. The expectations need to be clear from onset. I did not have access to my email while in Paris nor in Brussels because of lack of wifi. I was not aware of the follow up email Was waiting outside for over an hour to get in. 2. Warn visitors that they will have to climb narrow steep steps. Not conducive to visitors with heart issues, pregnant or disabled people. 3. Not aware of lack of AC, nor being on the 4th floor without an elevator with heavy luggage. 4. Make clear that it is not a hotel so that clients are clear what to look for. Easy to overlook. 5. Did not have a broom nor extra pillows and blankets 6. The room however, was beautifully decorated with modern amenities. 7. Great location

Nice, comfortable, clean, very well-situated, close to city center and gare centrale. However, the bathroom had a bad, disturbing odor. We were on the 3rd floor, the staircase was very steep, but we were thankful to the attendant who was kind enough to help us with the suitcases.

Got to the hotel and it was very easy to access especially since they had text messaged us the codes to the front door and our room. Location is close to main square maybe like an 8 min walk. Would highly recommend!
