This hostel is in excellent condition. Clearly it's got a huge potantial especially as per its fantastic location. However, the so called "reception" is not a 10 minute walk. I would rather say 20 minutes. Although the hostel does warn you about that on an email, you get so many emails after booking and the addresses become confusing. Matter of fact, I ended up at the hostel first, thinking it was the "reception". There is a map at the hostel showing the location of the reception but you need to be a good map reader. There and back a 40 minute walk dragging your luggage. Another thing that put me off was that there was no personel available at the hostel in the night time. There was no means to reach the reception either. My key didn't work and that I got stuck. Luckly, a guest let me use his phone to contact the "reception". The reception's response was annoying. When the woman on the phone relaying what I said to her to another person at the "reception", she went like "he says his key won't work bla bla bla". So your customer is in need and his needs are just bla bla bla for you right? After a long deliberation, I was to told to come over to the "reception". Because, they could not send anyone from the "reception". Cut the long story short, it is a great hostel but needs to provide a personel at the actual place to help customers rather then being ignorant to their needs.
