We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the ULB hospital, where we had an early morning appointment.
There were issues with the room door not locking properly, having my and my daughter’s rooms as far apart on the same floor as was possible, and finally the availability of healthy food in the restaurant.
Upon asking whether there was any gluten-free food, we were met with surprise that such a request was even possible. Eventually a salad was put together, of which only three pieces of cucumber were edible. A plate of spaghetti Bolognaise was mushy and tasted like it had come out of a can, while a bottle of stil water was charged at 5 Euro.
Although the staff did their best to help with changing rooms for us, the way the hotel operated does not help them offer a high quality service.
