We had low expectation because of bad ratings before. The staff was very nice, the room looked like taken out of the 80’s. The area felt not safe, train and massive traffic all night. We had massive light outside and no black -out curtains. But as a family of 5, this Hotel was just a sleepover for driving. But if you are picky or scared stay away😅

The hotel is very convenient for MIDI railway station, and within walking distance of the city centre. However, the closeness to the railway means that there is a fair amount of noise from the trains, and street noise from the busy street. The hotel is tired, and needs refurbishment, in all aspects. However, they are not charging top price, and you get what you pay for. I might not like to recommend this place to others, but I would certainly use it again for easy access to Midi station, and the city centre.

This hotel was disgusting. I visibly saw bed bugs on the beds. The area outside is not safe and you are told not to walk around at night. Will never stay anywhere near here again and I recommend you don’t either.

I booked this hotel due to an interruption in my travel plans, which left me stranded in Brussels. The room was old and in a very poor shape, with what appeared as cigarette burns on much of the furniture. The bed was old and uncomfortable. It was a hot night and the cheap ventilator did little to ease the heat. I have later contacted the hotel through Hotels.com, in order to get a receipt for my payment, but my emails have gone unanswered. Phone calls are directed to an answering machine that won't record messages. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

J’ai été déçu par mon séjour. L’hôtel est actuellement en pleine rénovation, mais cette information n’était pas mentionnée lors de la réservation. Ce qui a eu un impact sur le confort du séjour. Je comprends qu’un établissement puisse effectuer des rénovations, mais il est essentiel d’en informer les clients à l’avance afin qu’ils puissent réserver en toute connaissance de cause. Une plus grande transparence aurait été appréciée.

Det var väldigt låg standard. Betalade för högt pris för det! (170 euro). Fanns inga "bekvämligheter" alls på rummet: ingen kyl eller annan dryck (te/kafe), inget kassaskåp, TV(fanns men fungerade inte så bra) mm. Golvet var dammigt å med döda flygfän. Sängar dock sköna och renbädddade. Vi valde utifrån detta att inte äta frukost där.

The shower trickles. I had to put my head under the faucet to rinse my hair. There was no shower curtain nor towel for the floor. I had to use the regular towel for the floor so it won’t be slippery. Also, the location is not in a good neighborhood. The only good thing I can say is they let us check in early. That’s the reason I gave it a 3.

- La réception puis le patron ont prétendu que la réservation avait été annulée, alors que la rappel de celle-ci avait été expédiée par Hotel.com et qu'une chambre était disponible - Chambre propre, mais maintenance des équipement et finitions "approximatives" - Alarmes incendie répétées sans raison apparente le matin - Fenêtre de la chambre 205 ne fermant pas - Pas de rideau occultant pour la nuit, seulement des voiles - Pomme de douche fuyarde. AUCUN service de petit déjeuner, sans parler d'une simple boisson chaude disponible : la photo sur le site est "publicitaire" - personnel à la réception pas toujours francophone Et tout ça pour 120 euros !

Más que una opinión, describo nuestra experiencia. Mientras dormíamos, a las 5am una persona entró a nuestra habitación mientras dormía con mi pareja. Jamás en mi vida me pasó algo similar, me sentí totalmente indefenso y en ausencia de lo mínimo que te debería ofrecer un hotel que es seguridad, y principalmente intimidad. Nos despertamos nerviosos, no entendíamos nada, asustados. Ante nuestros gritos, la persona cerró la puerta y se fue. Conmovido y preocupado, bajé al lobby para ver a quien le habían dado la tarjeta de mi habitación o ver que había pasado. El conserje me dice que por error y omisión de su compañero de turno anterior, nuestra habitación no había quedado correctamente registrada y le habían dado acceso a otra persona. El seguimiento de ingresos y habitaciones lo hacen en unas hojas escritas con lápiz y lapicera, totalmente arcaico. La explicación que dieron fue totalmente inconsistente, nos costó mucho conciliar el sueño y relajarnos. Sugiero a la plataforma revisar nuestro caso.
