An excellent hotel/apartment . I felt very comfortable staying there, and had everything I needed (with the exception of a first aid kit ) However , the surrounding areas felt unsafe . As I am a lone traveler this was a concern .

Older building near transit and several food options which was very convenient. Odd having a bathroom with glass doors - seriously see though glass next to the bed Furniture was old, kitchen unit only had 1 pot and the single knife wasn’t sharp enough to cut bread Also disliked that someone entered our y it twice The first time right after we arrived and were changing the door opened and when we called out they immediately closed the door Second time we were out but noticed someone had come in - made us feel somewhat unsafe Area is loud due to excessive number of sirens from emergency vehicles

It was a pleasant stay, cleanliness could be better, especially in de bathroom. The big shower head was covered in limescale and the handle of the tap was hard to open and close because it was almost stuck. The door of the bathroom can't fully close because it will scratch the floor.. the room itself was fine, clean bed and clean fridge. I didn't hear any neighbours or cars so it's well isulated. Curtains made the room very dark which was nice.

Great experience, comfty appartment

The studio was comfortable with great window and view. The bathroom needs some repair, more commodity to hang cloths or other. The bed is xl king and wonderful!!! We felt very comfortable except by the fact that we should be adviced Someone was going to get on the suite when we were out. The area is good and well connected with any place, Nice restaurants and supermarket very closed to the appartment!!! Recomendation. Provide a cel phone number (24 hours) for emergen y and for some people who need help with checkin !!!

Very disappointing. The photos posted of a light bright apartment do not reflect the reality. The room had black floors and curtains and the seating area dark brown, damaged and torn sofas. Awfully dark and depressing. TV remote controls were not working, I tried to tell staff on the red phone who just continued to say “I can’t hear you, this is the emergency phone, use your mobile phone to contact us” My two nights stay was two nights too many, an awful experience, I was pleased to leave. Chipped glassware and cups without handles in the kitchen. The Nespresso coffee machine was good to use but if housekeeping doesn’t come daily there should be enough coffee pods left for the guest’s stay.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four, travelling with one teenage and one 9 year old boy. We stayed in the B Luxurious suite with two bedrooms and a living room for 3 nights. It was incredibly spacious and the layout of the suite was perfect for us as the kids were in a room on one end and, my husband and I in a room on the other end. We had separate bathrooms as well. We also used the communal laundry but you need to either buy the laundry washing tablet for €3 each or bring your own. We also used the small gym facility for our workouts. The only things to take note is that there is no reception nor staff members around to help, especially on weekends. When we arrived, we were only given one keycard when I had requested and they had confirmed to give us 2 (which is actually needed because the rooms needed 2 keycards to activate electricity in the room). I had paid €3 for the laundry washing tablet which I had to chase again when I arrived by calling them. In general, it wasn’t a bad experience at all but you will need to set the expectation that there help isn’t readily available at reception because it is a self-services Aparthotel. If you have that expectation in mind, then the stay will be a great one! We enjoyed it and recommend it.

Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre which was more suitable for our needs after we contacted them.

good stay but...

no tv channels in spanish. all the special requests must be done by telephone call not in spanish, then be sure to speak english or french, there is not a wassap channel to communicate easily, the room is nice, but the furnitures are not in an excellent conditions, anyway bed and shower very confortable.
