As a modern hotel everything is done by phone via what’s app. There’s a code for each door etc. under 50s will love it. "The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."
