"When we arrived in our room there was no handwash and no chairs to sit at the small table. Thought we would give the room service team a chance to rectify, I.e using common sense when they come to clean the room. But no chairs where put in the room, and didn't get hand soap until the final night. We used shower soap until then. I understand they are working to a time scale and the job is not easy. But there should be a system in place for them to inform house keeping management. However, it must...

"The hotel was within the Brussels Midi train station. Very convenient to take trains to different locations inside Belgium and travel to France, Netherlands. The restaurant had good food with nice friendly staff. The hotel was not in the best area of the town but was very convenient to get Uber and Taxi. The rooms were quite spacious. I would recommend to friends traveling to Brussels."

"Absolutely loved our stay! The location is fantastic, with super easy access to trains, buses, and trams, which made getting around so convenient. The views from the rooms are beautiful, and I especially loved working out in the fitness center with those amazing views — definitely a highlight! Breakfast had a really good spread with plenty of options as well. Overall, a wonderful and very comfortable stay in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!"
