"I requested a late check-out on Sunday, April 19th, and was met with a flat 'no late check-outs' before I could even give my name. The staff member offered no explanation and made zero effort to assist. This is particularly disappointing given that my family and I have stayed here over 25 times in the last two years. I have left positive reviews about recent stays here and consistently recommended this hotel to friends, colleagues, and my entire basketball team, but I won’t be returning or recommending this spot again. Service matters."

"Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. They shouldn't advertise "full breakfast" they should say continental or something. Ice machine was broken. Had to go the the office to find out the only one working was up the stairs to the 2nd floor. I liked the fact there were bright lights in parking area but the drapes were not quite long enough to keep the light out of the room. Just a few other little things. "

"We had stayed at this location several times before. So, we reserved the only room with a roll-in-shower for our disabled son, but when we went to check-in, we were informed it had been given to someone else. We had to scrabble at 9pm to find another hotel. Manager just blamed it on a new staff member. A reservation should give you confidence you have the room you reserved when you get there."

"The front dest person was polite. The office was clean and so was the room. Parking was good. Easy access to the stores and restaurants where every where. I would stay again. "
