"Es ist ein altes umgebautes und modernisietes Kloster hinter einer unscheinbaren Mauer und Holztür. Man wird direkt von der Rezeption in Empfang genommen und erhält eine erste kleine Rundführung. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr modern. Dem Service hätten wir gerne 6 Sterne gegeben, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen und Frühstück ist sehr lecker. But travelers need to be aware that accessing this residence in your own car is not possible. But you can park in a covered garage in town and a valet will take you right to the front door and pick you up when you are ready to leave. Well worth the 35 euro for the service! "Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....

"Incredible location!!! The owner is so lovely and took alot of time to explain the area, give recommendations. She takes pride in her business and making sure her guests are well taken care of. She called our taxi, then walked with us and stayed until we got in. The rooms are beautiful! The only thing was the elevator with the grated platform you must walk across to get to the door really made us feel uneasy. Would absolutely stay here again though! "

"Ein super schönes Zimmer, sehr zentral mitten in Montepulciano. Es gibt einige Stufen zu überwinden und es gibt kein Lift (oft an diesem Orten wegen der alten bauweise) aber wie gesagt dafür tolle Lage und ein sehr schönes Zimmer - kann ich nur empfehlen."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. "

"Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. "
