"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. Auch der geplante Ausflug auf den Ätna hat ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geklappt und war sehr spannend und informativ. "The place is an oasis in the city. Very convenient for exploring the city and felt safe. A charming place. There were some issues with cleanliness though such as smelly pillows and dust & dirty floors. But the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen could have done with some items such as a washing-up bowl or plug. But overall it was a very pleasant place and the owner was very good at communicating with us. "

We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys).
