We came in late and left early. The owner greeted us when we came in and walked us to our cabin. Everything was great Will be going back again next year.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto
Hotel seemed a bit outdated. Room did not appear to be clean upon check in, with used napkins on the floor, and hair in the shower.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
The gym was small but ok. If you know you will need to use the laundry machines, bring a fistful of loonies. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable but the place shines because of the staff. They were fabulous and a pleasure to deal with.

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
Its all worth it. All the staff are corteous and nice. Check in and check out is all good. Will definitely comeback. Sepcial thanks to Mary (not sure about her name tho) who gave me a pad because I just started my red day on the day of check out and Rideau mall is not yet opened.
