"Prided for being the oldest hotel in Denmark, you can feel its history the moment you step into the lobby, with its charming period furnishings. If you want a true taste of history, this is the place to stay. The rooms are adequate and warm, though ours had a rather slanted floor. The location is excellent.. right next to the cathedral and at the start of Ribe’s old street, two of the town’s main attractions. "Huone oli todella pieni ja kylpyhuone hieman epäsiisti. Talon emäntä oli kuitenkin oikein mukava ja koirat olivat hyvin tervetulleita. Paikka sopi hyvin koirien kanssa matkustamiseen eli lähiympäristössä pystyi ulkoiluttamaan koiria kivasti."

"If you enjoy staying in small friendly hotels that are old Danish then this is a nice place. The restaurant is dark wood paneling from another time. Books and pictures from long ago decorate the dinning room. The food is very good and good quality. I recommend having dinner on the first night. We had dinner there each night of our three night stay. "
