"100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia."

For me, that is ok, but not for those who need a roll in shower. Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. "I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested).
