"All was good except for the outer door. It slammed shut every time someone came through it. So, when the family with the little dog went for a walk at 5:30 am, the door slammed and woke my room up. If they could fix the door, it would make a huge difference. Thanks."

"Pretty beat up hotel. Reclining chair in my room was broken and the wall was dented. They demanded 100 deposit contingent on their review of the room status after I checked out. Never had that before. Was supposed to have breakfast but they told me they didn’t provide much because they’re closing in 2-3 weeks (!!!???). In fact breakfast apparently consists of a tray on a stand in the lobby area. This morning I couldn’t find it and I was told there had been a mishap involving a spill ( carpet did have a big splotch) and so they “closed it down”. I never felt so compelled to check for bedbugs before. Wouldn’t have gone there if I had had any inkling. Upside: cheap and housekeepers were nice. Overall a 1.5 or 2"

"Yes but key stop working before checkout and I got locked out of my room"

"The hotel was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. It was a non-smoking room however the hall smelled like smoke. Once in the room there was an overwhelming smell of urine. We checked out 10 minutes later and the hotel refuses to refund our stay, and the manager is never available to speak. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to lose money and want a hassle."

"Overall clean common areas and room. But, the bed linens and the room curtains had big, dark stains on them. The breakfast was mediocre with wet, chunky eggs and a messy bar area. The heat blew out cold air. Traffic is really loud as the hotel is situated right between 2 major roads. The blind in the room was also busted and on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it."

"The staff was friendly. The hotel appeared clean. The in room refrigerator worked great. The TV was very small and not connected to the internet so no streaming. The carpet and decor are in need of repairs. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. "

"PROS: Quiet, friendly staff, walkable location, safe, ice machine, good water pressure CONS: in need of maintenance & updating. We couldn’t get in to the room we were first assigned due to the card reader not working properly. The room we were moved to had a phone that did not work & possible mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. There were no vending machines "
