That's funny, you want to make these wild claims even though you checked in at 5:54 PM and stayed in the room yet nothing bothered you whatsoever until you leave of course and want some money back. If it was me and the room was as bad as you say it is then I would have been in the office quick to say something. That's one thing that is really frustrating but far to common. You want to save a little money so you make wild claims in hopes we refund your stay. That's just wild to me. Have the day you deserve bud.

That's sad. First and foremost 2 stars for something that was out of our control is wild to me. Nonetheless, yes, unfortunately you did have a room next door to you with 3 brothers here spreading their fathers ashes and grieving. An argument did arise from the room but was quickly handled and as you said dealt with by the police WITHIN a 5 minute time period. We do not condone this behavior but we do try to be compassionate during such a hard time for them. We sincerely apologize for the 5 minutes of yelling you may have heard and hope you grow to forgive us for it in the future. Have a great day.

Yikes, so to be specific here what was said was I will be walking the entire property to confirm the claims being made here. Nothing along the lines of what you're stating was found. Also, maybe it's just me but if I happened to stay in a room as terrible as you're describing I wouldn't have spent the night in there let alone wait until late the next day to say something about it. Finally yes you are correct, you booked a STANDARD room which in reading the descriptions of our rooms only PREMIUM rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
