"Interesting property - great ambience and rooms. I would recommend. Need to make it clearer that there is no check-in and that a code will be sent - and work with 3rd parties (like Expedia) to get the code to you."

"This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. "

"The room was clean and the bathroom spacious - I booked 2 queen bed , but they felt smaller than queens, maybe doubles? . The breakfast lounge in the morning was great , wide range of foods which is all included. The one and only downside is that the bathrooms near the breakfast lounge did not have a change table for little ones - when ask they advised I could just change my child in a booth ? Glad I still had my keycard , so went back up to change him and then returned the keycard for checkout....

"Room was clean, breakfast was really good and had variety. Parking is free and easy. The staff where VERY nice and talked to everyone who was looking to chat. They seemed to be happy working there and took the time to joke around with my preschooler "

"Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. "

"Brockville Best Western was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building has been recently purchased, so the u[grades are still being done. The rooms are clean (no bugs) and well supplied."

"The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. "
