"Stayed at the beach house to be close to the water and the RV park friends were at. Very clean, comfortable house with walking trails to the water. Nice outside area with picnic table and swing under the house. Great location. Safe area."

"The singature property or VIP is nice but to use anything you have to cross the main road, not even a crosswalk to get to them, there is also no BBQ near the signature building and the path to the beach is a maze not from the pool area. The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience."

When we went to our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working- we went down to the desk to talk to someone about it - the phone in the room wasn’t working so we couldn’t call down. "This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

"The room was clean but small and out dated. I knew what we were getting into (I read other reviews). The price was good and the staff was friendly. We did feel safe but the place was a little run down. We left our car there for a week when we went on a cruise and it was just fine when we got back. The only real problem was someones car alarm going off all night long. Could hardly get any sleep. But that is not the hotles fault. "

"We opened our room once we checked in and found two dead roaches on the floor and a large stain in the carpet, the staff was nice and gave us another room as requested. Second room had no coffee and toilet seat was very loose. I had stayed in a lot of holiday inns and I hate to safe this was the worst experience over all. Staff was nice "

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...
